Led by a Board of over two hundred influential and highly-engaged real estate leaders and eleven Corporate Partners from across the U.S., the Folsom Institute has propelled SMU Cox students into successful real estate careers for almost forty years.
The Robert and Margaret Folsom Institute for Real Estate is a research center dedicated to preparing the next generation of real estate leaders. In addition to its large and highly-engaged Board and Corporate Partners, the Institute provides scholarships, internships, mentor events, speaker series, industry treks, case study competitions, technical training in industry software, and job placement support.
