Students Promoting Awareness, Responsibility and Citizenship (SPARC) was created by a group of SMU students dedicated to emphasizing the need for the SMU community to become involved in and promote community activities. These activities focus on the areas of volunteer service, social consciousness, and citizenship. SPARC is advised by the Office of Leadership and Community Involvement.
