The campus is reached by driving West three blocks on Mockingbird Lane from Central Expressway (U.S. 75) and turning right onto Airline Drive. A campus map will accompany your registration confirmation. During the camp, evening events are held at Dallas Hall (center of campus), or at the Intramural Field next to Moody Coliseum. The Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports and Moody Coliseum are used during the day. Residents are housed in the University residence halls, two to a room (four to a room in the Radisson Hotel), with meals in the Umphrey-Lee Dining Hall. Telephone service in each residence hall room is available (calling out only). Phone service in the hotels must have a credit card to turn on service. Mail service is not available at camp. Click here to see the Release Forms page.

CHECK-IN: is from 11 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the DEDMAN RECREATION CENTER  LOBBY (next to Moody Coliseum) on the opening day of camp. You will NOT be permitted to check-in with an outstanding balance. HOUSING All residence halls rooms are air-conditioned with telephone service. Long distance calls can be placed by using a calling card or by calling collect. Most rooms are double occupancy. Rooms in the hotel are quad rooms where four persons will be assigned to a room whenever possible.  Phone service in the hotel rooms will not be provided unless a deposit is given at the front desk.  Pay-per-view movies will not be offered in the hotel rooms. Rooming lists will be made from the registration form unless a specific rooming list is faxed to the spirit camp office. Hotel resident participants please submit names or changes to rooming lists at least two weeks prior to camp to avoid a late fee.   Please email lists to Zac Brannon, smuspiritcamps@smu.edu.

Damages to rooms will be charged to persons on the rooming list, but schools are ultimately responsible for students’ actions.

MEDICAL INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
