Fall 2012 Career and Internship Fair

Registration Information
Our career fair is open to companies recruiting all majors. The schedule of fees is based on employer categories, registration period, and special arrangements requested. Preference will be given to those organizations who pay with a credit card or mail a check postmarked by Monday, September 10, 2012. For more information contact Latrice White at 214 768-2287.

  • Standard Registration $365 **A limited number of third-party recruiters may attend only if recruiting to hire internally. Please email Latrice White to get registered!**
    Nonprofit Rate $165 (Governmental agency or nonprofit organization)
    SMU Department $65
    Payment by credit card or check.
     
  • The standard fee includes attendance by 2 recruiters. Additional recruiters may be registered in advance for a $20 fee each. At the door, additional recruiters will be charged $100 each.
     
  • Registration Includes:
    6 foot table with 3 foot space behind it. **If your display exceeds 6 feet in length or you have special requests, email Latrice White to see if we can accommodate you.  If we are not notified before the day of fair, an additional fee will be accessed.**
    Table and 2 chairs.       
    Parking.
    Assistance with heavy materials.
    Lunch and beverages for recruiters included with registration.            Go to Career Events in MustangTRAK to register.

Payment Method:
●   Your invoice is available at the bottom of the
    Registration Submitted page in MustangTRAK along with a link
    to submit payment via credit card (Discover, MasterCard,
    or Visa).
●   Make check payable to the Hegi Family
    Career Development Center.

Cancellation Policy

As we are anticipating having 200 recruiters to attend, we would like to request that you bring no more than 3 representatives or 2 vehicles to help us manage the comfort level for all participants. In order to facilitate the process behind our VERY POPULAR curb-side assistance, we recommend that your company establish an SMU carpool.

We hope that you will find this event both enjoyable to attend and productive to your recruiting efforts. If you would like to request special arrangements for power or media equipment, please indicate this information on the online registration form.
