Guide to On-Campus Interviews for Employers
Each year, over 100 companies conduct interviews on campus. The Career Center’s interactive website, MustangTRAK, provides employers an easy way to schedule on-campus interviews with interested students. To reserve an interview date and make arrangements for your visit, please email our Sr. Employer Relations Coordinator, Latrice White, at whitel@smu.edu.
Policies
- We do not schedule individual interview sessions for straight commission positions.
- Third party recruiters (employment agencies and search firms) may list openings on MustangTRAK. They may not recruit on campus or receive student resume referrals. Contract recruiters may recruit on campus provided that they recruit for one employer only, and identify that employer.
- Companies must adhere to an Equal Employment Opportunity policy.
- Employers recruiting at SMU are expected to adhere to the National Association of Colleges and Employer's Principles of Recruiting and Employment. We will be glad to provide you with a copy of the Principles upon request.
