Roycee joined the Cox Career Services team in 2007 bringing more than 20 years experience in corporate HR, recruiting and consulting. As a partner with St. Charles Consulting Group's Dallas office, Roycee consulted with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies helping them craft innovative and successful recruiting and employee retention strategies. Prior to this role, Roycee was with Arthur Andersen in a global HR role where she was a key architect of the firm's approach to recruiting and assessing experienced and campus hires. Early in her career, Roycee was a manager in Andersen Consulting's (now Accenture) change management practice. Roycee looks forward to helping students learn life-long career management skills and giving them an employer's perspective for marketing their skills and talents.
