Position Descriptions
Duties include making calls on delinquent mortgage accounts and loss
mitigation workouts. Recovery Analyst will provide customers alternative
solutions including affordable modifications, payment plans and forbearance
agreements to help borrowers bring their account current and/or settled.
Analysts are cross-trained to help better understand the company’s
methodology in order to maximize recoveries for our clients.
