We are looking for exceptional individuals who look to capitalize on
opportunities to join our team as a Logistics Sales Representative. As a
Logistics Sales Rep you play one of the most pivotal roles in R2’s
operations. Responsibilities will include negotiating with carriers,
scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, tracking shipments, occasional
problem solving, and building rapport with customers and carriers alike.
Obsessing over the customer is a must as we have built our reputation on
offering superior service. This skill will serve as a necessity as you build
relationships with customers and look for additional chances to move their
freight. Every day at R2 you are able to stand out amongst your teammates.

Essential Duties:
• Managing carrier and customer relationships
• Negotiating rates
• Manage shipments from time of pickup to delivery
