Assurance -
Members of our core assurance group provide independent assurance to clients
on the financial performance of their businesses and the internal controls
that govern their financial information. Our audit teams ask the tough
questions and tackle the tough issues to produce financial statements that
investors and the investing community can trust. Services provided include
our core financial statement and internal control audits; plan audits;
business and performance reporting; and social, environmental and other
compliance reviews.
Tax -

Transaction Services - Whether a company is making an acquisition, selling a
business unit, entering into a joint venture, or raising capital through an
initial public offering or other capital markets transactions, our
Transaction Services (TS) professionals can help clients carry out the right
transactions and negotiate better terms. Our professionals understand the
complexities in evaluating, structuring and executing each transaction
wherever our clients are doing deals. Members of the Transaction Services
Valuation group collaborate to offer a full spectrum of integrated mergers
and acquisitions services designed to increase deal success and minimize
transaction risks.
