PricewaterhouseCoopers' Core Assurance group organizes around industries to share the latest research and points of view on emerging industry trends, develop industry-specific performance benchmarks based upon global best practices, and share methodologies and approaches in complex areas such as financial instruments and tax provisioning. Members of our core assurance group provide independent assurance to clients on the financial performance of their businesses and the internal controls that govern their financial information. Our audit teams ask the tough questions and tackle the tough issues to produce financial statements that investors and the investing community can trust. Services provided include our core financial statement and internal control audits; plan audits; business and performance reporting; and social, environmental and other compliance reviews.
