Niagara Bottling, LLC has been family owned and operated since 1963. We
operate the most eco friendly and highest speed bottling lines in the world.
In the past three years, we have expanded our production nationally with the
opening four plants in Pennsylvania, Florida, California,Texas, Indiana, and

Who are we looking for?
Niagara Bottling is looking to recruit top undergraduate and graduate
Engineering students to join our Plant Management Development Program/Plant
Engineer. This is a rotational program that will expose new employees to all
functional areas of our plants.
The Plant Management Development Program equips participants with the knowledge
and insight into our company that will enable them to progress into management.
You work side by side with Niagara leaders in the following areas: Production,
Maintenance, Distribution, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources. More
importantly, this program will empower you to make strategic business decisions
that will impact the future growth of our company.
What is required for consideration?
? Cumulative GPA of 3.3.
? Students majoring in Engineering or Business programs.
? Key attributes required are confidence, dedication, strong work ethic, self
motivated, tenacious problem solver, and the will to succeed.
? Track record of leadership success during your educational years.
? We are looking for individuals that are adaptable, analytical, and capable of
working well in team environments.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? Available to work at .our plant locations across the country.
