Account Manager/Marketing Manager
Create new account leads, new
clients and new business in IT consulting arena (Hunting).
Expand company presence by proactively finding new contacts within existing
clients assigned, consequently increase business volume leading to net addition
of business in existing accounts (Farming).
Establish strong professional relationship with key client managers and
industry influencers
Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market
intelligence with a focus on value creation
Conduct sales/pre-sales activities for large projects including discovery,
analysis, estimation, delivery planning and proposal development
Excellent presentation skills. Proficient with PowerPoint and excel.
Self-motivated, excellent team player
Collect and document detailed
business and system requirements
Establish continuous communication with the business users
Work closely with the developers to implement the systems requirements
Perform testing of systems and solutions to assess quality at various stages
Facilitate the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase of each assigned project to
ensure that the implementation meets specifications
Coordinate the implement user change requests
Assist in the development of application documentation and user training
programs.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as an IT business analyst, developer, or project manager preferred
Ability to understand and model business processes
Ability to produce systems requirements from loosely defined business
requirements.
Knowledge of various tools and templates used by IT business analysts

Architect, Developers, DBAs:
Experience as a software architect, web developer, application developer, or
database administrator is preferred.
Mobile App Developers:
Experience in Android & Windows Mobile app development as well as Java and
Objective C.
System Admin Configuration Managers:
Manage client complex infrastructure
Cloud Architects, SaaS Developers:
Deep understanding of enterprise cloud architecture for effective use of the
cloud platform.
Experience in developing SaaS infrastructure.
Telecom Software & Infrastructure:
Expertise in any of the 4G technologies
Determines project methodology.
Defines project scope, time and budget.
Defines documents and executes projects of varied complexity and visibility.
Takes delivery ownership of all phases of the project.
Identifies, assesses and manages risks to ensure the success of the project
Develops business cases for projects
Oversees preparation of all project documents - detailed project plans, work
plans, schedules, project estimates, conversion schedules, resource plans and
status reports.
Responsible for meeting project deadlines and get acceptance from client on
all deliverables.
Gains commitments to ensure corrective actions are taken if costs, timescales
or resources deviate from agreed tolerances.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of delivering high value IT based projects in diverse organizations
to time, quality and budget
Some experience in IT domain is required. Experience in leading technical
teams is desirable
Ability to influence teams and business stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft project or similar project planning tools
PMP Certification would be a plus
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills

Bachelors degree in a relevant major according to the position.
Strong verbal/written communication skills
