New Western Acquisitions is looking for associates that are extremely
PASSIONATE about real estate investing, have an unsurpassed work ethic along
with exceptional communication skills. The candidates that can provide these
combined talents WILL be successful with our brokerage. All new hires go
through a vigorous training schedule led by senior associates that will
provide all necessary knowledge and education for a successful career in the
field of investment real estate. The position available is in our sales
department which consists of the disposition of investment properties to our
network of investors. Associates will work closely with investors consulting
them through the purchase process, rehabilitation of the property, exit
strategies and potential equity or profit of each investment.
Our brokerage represents owners in the acquisition and disposition of
residential properties. We offer a long term, self-sustaining career for
individuals looking to be free of fixed salaries and the classic 9-5 corporate
structure while still providing a comprehensive benefit package and an uncapped
earning potential. Our proven business plan has developed a diverse group of
talented, educated and highly compensated professionals who not only are able to

Our locations in Dallas and Fort Worth are members of the Better Business Bureau
and our recently formed Houston and San Antonio offices soon will be as well. We
are also members of TAR, NAR and the local association of REALTORS®.

• Real estate experience is not required, but proven sales experience is a plus
• A Real Estate License must be obtained if you do not currently have one
• The ability to put forth 100% effort towards your real estate success
• College degree preferred but not required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a definite advantage

comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision. Our
associates start earning commissions quickly as this is a fast paced environment
with little down time.
