Position Descriptions
Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting due diligence on fund investments and co-investment opportunities including industry and company research
• Performing in-depth valuation analysis of private equity portfolios and private companies
• Assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials, screening and investment committee memos
• Attending meetings with partners of premier private equity firms
• Assisting with special projects, including product development, asset allocation analyses, fund marketing and communications with investors
• Interacting with different parts of the firm to gather information necessary to make investment decisions in the various strategies

Qualified candidates will have:

• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong technical foundations in corporate finance and accounting
• Strong quantitative abilities, including experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving; interacting with others to develop solutions
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form
• Ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to detail
• Team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects
• Advanced, conversational Spanish a strong plus
