Position Descriptions
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting due diligence on fund investments and co-investment opportunities
including industry and company research
Performing in-depth valuation analysis of private equity portfolios and
private companies
Assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials, screening and
investment committee memos
Attending meetings with partners of premier private equity firms
Assisting with special projects, including product development, asset
allocation analyses, fund marketing and communications with investors
Interacting with different parts of the firm to gather information necessary
to make investment decisions in the various strategies
Qualified candidates will have:
Excellent academic credentials
Strong technical foundations in corporate finance and accounting
Strong quantitative abilities, including experience in financial modeling and
valuation
Initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving; interacting with
others to develop solutions
Strong judgment and critical thinking skills; ability to articulate and
present ideas effectively both orally and in written form
Ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to detail
Team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects
Advanced, conversational Spanish a strong plus
