Position Descriptions
Marsh's Leadership Development Program is designed to develop the next
generation of leaders at Marsh. This two year program is comprised of two
ten-month assignments and one four-month assignment in which participants
rotate across Marsh's core business areas.
During these rotations, Leadership Development Associates work with a team
of risk professionals to analyze client accounts, assist with new client
development and gain technical knowledge of insurance broking and risk
management.
The program provides a unique opportunity for exceptional undergraduate
talent to join Marsh and learn from individuals at all levels – from
senior business leaders to team members.
