Operations Associate:

Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to):

•       Processing and activating new accounts

•       Back office operations and transactions (withdrawals, transfers, etc)

•       Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)

•       Customer service and correspondence (phone, live person chat, emails)

FX Financial Sales Associate:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Drive sales for FXCM’s Retail and Institutional products and services:

•       Building and maintaining relationships with clients with no cold calling

•       Develop new opportunities within existing client base.

•       Use an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of FXCM, our trading platform, and the FX market to perspective clients.

•       Discussing financial markets and major factors that move them

•       Providing support for self-trading FX clients from all over the world
