Clients benefit from FXCM’s large network of forex liquidity providers

demanding working environment. The candidate will be required to research,
analyze, and resolve client trade disputes. Applicants can expect to be both
challenged and given freedom in choosing how to meet goals we provide.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Investigating and resolving client trade disputes.
• Communicating trade audit resolutions to clients via phone and email.
• Working across multiple FXCM business units to ensure client trade
disputes are resolved quickly and properly.
• Discussing market news events, technical analysis, FX trading courses,
trade automation, and provide guidance on a range of trading platforms
available to our clients.
• Others duties will be assigned on an as needed basis
Qualifications: Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
• Must obtain Series 3 and Series 34 license within 90 days of hire
(training provided)
• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and
interpersonal skills, be able to write and speak persuasively and clearly,
and think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial
markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but are not required (especially Arabic,
French, German, Japanese, Korean, French, Russian, Spanish and Chinese)
