environment. The FXCM Internship Program will allow students to develop a
detailed understanding of financial market movements and the role that FXCM
plays in the world of FX. Interns can expect to be both challenged and given the
freedom in choosing how to meet learning and project goals.
What You Will Learn:
• FOREX Market – You will learn about the largest market in the world, the
FOREX market. By the end of your internship, you will understand what makes
currencies move, how to trade currencies, trading strategies, and risk
management.
• The FX Industry – You will learn about this 4 trillion dollar a day market
including other big players in the FOREX market in addition to FXCM Inc.
• FX Platforms and Charting Packages – You learn about the FXCM Trading
Station, Meta Trader 4, and other trading platforms.
• Client interaction – You will have the opportunity to speak with FXCM
clients about FXCM products and services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to live client emails. Inquiries include questions about trading
platforms, the market, trading strategies and more
• Make several types of calls to FXCM clients with the goal of educating
clients about trading
• Present daily market updates to the Sales and Financial Services teams in
your office
• Attend and take meeting minutes for Sales/Financial Services meetings
• Conduct forum updates. This includes adding, removing, and editing
information on FXCM forums
• Perform competitor analysis and present findings to FXCM management and FXCM
employees

Operations Associate Internship

strong communication and organizational skills. The candidate should be able to

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sort, rename and reformat incoming requests via online depository,
enterprise fax and/or email for distribution
• Review Global Screening reports as part of due diligence procedures
• Assist with reporting and projects involving retail/institutional clients
and department procedures using Excel and internal software
• Conduct research on Forex market policies and regulations
• Performing back office operations and processing transactions as well as
account maintenance requests
• Other tasks and projects as assigned
