Associate Business Systems Analyst

The Marketing Technology group at Epsilon is seeking an Associate Business Systems Analyst (ABSA) who will work closely with our clients and internal account or technical teams to understand the client's marketing initiatives The ABSA will be part of an organization that provides complete marketing services to our portfolio of clients including some of the world’s largest brands. The ABSA and will work on fashioning operational solutions that support our clients’ marketing programs and strategies. The position offers opportunities to become both technically and operationally conversant in both marketing strategy and technology.

Responsibilities:
• Translate the client's marketing business rules into functional/business specifications.
• Create test plans.
• Develop quality assurance methodologies.
• Lead the client teams in user acceptance testing.
• Proactively identify areas for improved marketing processes and operational efficiency.
• Identify and research any data discrepancies, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.
• Collect and maintain project documentation and ensure that it complies with standards.
• Lead internal team meetings and provide direction to the implementation teams.
• Identify and communicate project related risks and possible solutions.
• Prioritize project requests and manage client expectations.
• Participate and drive product features and development.
• Solution creation and implementation covering messaging across multiple digital channels.
Qualifications: • BS degree with Technical and/or Marketing concentration preferred
• Academic excellence, achieving a 3.0+ overall GPA
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong listening skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Self-starter, with strong initiative
• Desire to learn technology
• Some database query experience with SQL is a plus
 

 

Associate Account Executive

Epsilon is currently seeking an Associate Account Executive (AAE) who will serve as the primary day to day contact with clients and liaison onsite with tactical staff. The AAE will work with the account team to execute activities for direct marketing programs for client accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients at appropriate levels through daily contact.
• Develops project schedules in conjunction with team.
• Traffics projects internally ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
• Prepares data processing specifications and performs audits.
• Ensures client sign-off on all phases of production.
• Updates client status reports.
• Develops and compiles competitive reviews.
• Manages direct marketing campaigns at appropriate levels.
• Serves as liaison between client and creative, production, and data.
• May coordinate postage funds, request postage invoices and complete postage reconciliations of each job.
• Composes conference reports and distributes to all parties involved.
• Prepares well-organized, clear and concise memos, conference reports and documentation.
• Tracks program results and generates response reports.
Qualifications: • BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• Academic excellence, achieving a 3.0+ overall GPA
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• An aptitude to learn Relationship Marketing industry (trends, competitors, etc.)
• Able to work independently; be highly organized and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise
• Familiar with the use of presentations, conference reports, and status reports
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Self-starter, with strong initiative
