Position Descriptions
ESI is looking for highly motivated and innovative individuals to join our
fast-paced Engineering team.
Our engineering teams develop advanced product technologies and include these in
market-leading business communication systems.
Students will work with Engineering leads to develop Android, iOS, and
cloud-based solutions.
Duties\Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain software, written in Android, iOS, and LAMP environments
• Add new features to existing systems
• Aid in troubleshooting/diagnosing software problems
• Maintain and meet personal schedules/goals
Qualifications: Requirements
Education:
• Junior undergraduate standing or higher, pursuing degree in BSCS, BSCE, or
BSEE
Background\Skills:
• Strong course load in software classes – programming, database, languages,
operating system, etc.
• Class project experience one of the following areas.
o Android development
o iOS development
o Cloud based applications in a LAMP environment
• Must be able to respond quickly to changing requirements
• Must be quick to learn new technologies and approaches
Other Physical:
• Ability to utilize a Computer keyboard
• Extended periods of sitting at a desk
