Sales Leadership Associate
Coca Cola Enterprises, Inc., the manufacturer and distributor of the world’s
most recognized and powerful brands, is looking for exceptional candidates
looking to maximize every ounce of their potential, as a Sales Leadership
Associate. Working with the CPG worlds most strategic talents, you’ll learn
how to build effective strategies and profitable relationships using
customer metrics and analytical reports. Join us on a guided tour of what it

The Sales Leadership Associate role will expose you to many areas of Coca
Cola Enterprises operations including manufacturing, sales, and
distribution. Participants will follow a structured onboarding plan complete
with one-on-one sales leadership training with a Sponsor and Coaching Peer,
and start first year rotation as a Business Development Manager (BDM). Upon
graduation of the program, participants will be eligible to apply for a
District Sales Manager position.

Sales Summer Associate
Thirst for more? Driven to win? Then
join Coca-Cola Refreshments in achieving new heights as a world-class sales
machine, and taste real success. Our Sales Operations Summer Associate program
is your opportunity to work directly with proven sales leaders and learn from
the world’s best.
This 10-week, full-time engagement is open to undergraduates. Interns will join
our Region Sales team and develop real-world knowledge and expertise that no
classroom could ever offer.
Program Highlights:
• Shadow sales professionals as they work to gain new business
• Incrementally participate in sales calls under the guidance of your Rotational
Manager
• Use creativity to implement marketplace execution and drive new exciting
company-wide initiatives

Qualifications:
• Current undergraduate student
• 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be open to work within the Region/including possible relocation for the
summer
• Must have reliable transportation for the summer
