The Enterprise Operations & Technology (E O&T) Analyst Program at Citi
presents talented and highly motivated students with an opportunity to
participate in important initiatives and will be assigned to an area in EO&T
while being introduced to a broad spectrum of operations and technology
organizations in Citi. The goal is to provide Analysts with an understanding of
the critical linkage between E O&T, Citi, and our strategic plan.
In addition to valuable hands-on experience, we also offer internal training
opportunities, designed to accelerate the growth of technical skills, foster
strategic thinking, and gain a firm understanding of Citi’s business model.
Placement opportunities within Global Enterprise:
• Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) - an Infrastructure organization
providing the necessary processing power via infrastructure creation and
support. A commitment to quality service and excellent "client first" customer
relations remains our continued focus. Roles and areas within this group
include: Planning & Analysis, Client Infrastructure Services, Cloud and Mobile
Computing, Information Security, Data Center Services and Implementation,
Distributed systems: UNIX, LINUX, Windows Network Integration, Technology and
Distribution Services, Re-engineering initiatives and Client Management support
for the Trading Floor: Investment Banking &Corporate Infrastructure Services,
Consumer and Global Wealth Management.
• Shared Services - positioned to deliver exceptional value across the Citi
franchise in the areas of Project Management, Software Asset Management,
Financial Reporting, Employee Services, and Information Solutions.
• O&T Risk Management (OTRM) - ensures a comprehensive, consistent, and holistic
view of risk activities across all O&T. The OTRM organization is responsible for
monitoring, governing, and overseeing potential risks associated with Operations
and Technology including, operational processes, systems integrity, Information
Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology Resilience, and Regulatory
Compliance and Control.
• Financial Reporting Operations - has responsibility for establishing policies
and standards for program and project management reporting. Roles and areas in
this group include Project Management, GL system operations and interface
activity, GL system maintenance, and Business Object Report Writing.
