Role Name: Analyst
Business Area / Function: Operations, Technology
Purpose: The Enterprise Operations & Technology (E O&T) Analyst Program at Citi
presents talented and highly motivated students with an opportunity to
participate in important initiatives and will be assigned to an area in EO&T
while being introduced to a broad spectrum of operations and technology
organizations in Citi. The goal is to provide Analysts with an understanding of
the critical linkage between E O&T, Citi, and our strategic plan.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Successful program participants share many common

to seek the help of peers, recognizing the value of support and mutual
assistance. Enthusiastic, eager to advance quickly and assume greater leadership
responsibility, Comfortable thinking outside the box and innovating beyond the
limits of a position, Strong communicators, with the ability to express new
ideas, articulate and comprehend feedback .

Qualifications:
Degree(s): Bachelors Degree
Major(s): All disciplines are welcome including, but not limited to, Computer
Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting
GPA: 3.0 or higher
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Compensation: Competitive
