Purpose: The Enterprise Operations & Technology (E O&T) Analyst Program at Citi presents talented and highly motivated students with an opportunity to participate in important initiatives and will be assigned to an area in EO&T while being introduced to a broad spectrum of operations and technology organizations in Citi. The goal is to provide Analysts with an understanding of the critical linkage between E O&T, Citi, and our strategic plan.
