Commercial Underwriting:
Our underwriters work with agents and brokers to understand and respond to
the needs of the insurance buyer. Chubb Commercial Insurance provides
primary property, general liability, workers' compensation and automobile
insurance for a diverse array of commercial customers across a variety of
industries, including energy-related industries, e-commerce businesses,
museums, wineries, professional offices, manufacturing and multinational
organizations.
Loss Control:
The Chubb Loss Control team provides ongoing prevention consultation to help
customers recognize and prevent hazards as well as to support appropriate
underwriting decisions. Areas of focus include, fire, product liability, and
burglary, as well as employee, public and environmental safety.
Appraisal:
Chubb Personal Insurance provides personal property insurance for homes,
valuable articles, automobiles and yachts, as well as excess liability
coverage. Appraisers visit customers' homes to analyze contents and provide
underwriters with an overall report on whether or not the home should be
insured through Chubb.
