Customer Service Representative
Customer Focused Marketing (CFM) is a
leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to automotive
dealerships across the United States. CFM is seeking a bright, friendly new
voice for a customer service position in our outbound call center. Contact
Center Associates make calls to auto dealerships' existing and potential
clientele (no cold calls). This is a full or part-time position, perfect for a
student.
Qualifications: -Applicants must be
fluent in English

Executive Trainer
Customer Focused Marketing (CFM) is a
leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to automobile
dealerships across the United States and is seeking an Executive Trainer to
continue our success. This individual must feel confident presenting and
training the upper management and staff of our new and existing clientele. We
are currently working with over 200 accounts and rapidly growing.
