The Accelerated Career Track is a
program designed to attract high-caliber college graduates, assist with their
transition from college to working life, and then jump-start their career with
Bank of Texas, an operating division of BOK Financial (BOKF). BOK Financial is a

Accelerated Career Track allows BOK Financial to prepare for its future by
ensuring that the people who will be leading us have the vision and skills to

What is the Relationship Management Development Program?
This intensive training program is an ideal way to explore and begin a career in
the financial services industry. At least 12 hours of accounting as well as a
minimum GPA of 3.2 is required. In addition, 12 hours of finance is preferred.
Candidates should exhibit initiative, responsibility, and leadership. They
should also possess strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.
As a RMDP trainee, three months of your training will consist of financial
analysis training, systems training, and a complete BOK Financial organizational
overview. Furthermore, you will spend up to 12 months during your training
completing a series of rotations throughout many departments. This is a unique
opportunity for you to develop a broad-based knowledge of the financial services
industry.
