Major Exploration Group

The Hegi Family Career Development Center will be conducting a Major Exploration Group for those students who are undecided or unsure about their major and career path. This four-week group will allow students a chance to start learning more about their career-related interests, personality, values, and strengths; as well as interact with other students who are feeling unsure about similar areas. The group will take place from noon-1 p.m. each Wednesday starting Oct. 7 through Oct. 28 at the Career Center, Hughes-Trigg #200. Panelists to date include: a dancer from the Dallas Black Dance Theater, Public Relations Manager of the Dallas Theatre Center, Director of Operations for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Cultural Programs Manager, City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs, and Development Director for the Texas Ballet Theater.
