Our main concern is to provide a comfortable and dependable environment for the students.  However, there are policies and procedures we must follow. 

Emergencies should be reported immediately to the SMU Police Department.

Resident Life and Student Housing (214)768-2407 coordinates with Facilities Management & Sustainability in scheduling all routine maintenance for our houses.
