All late payment fee disputes MUST be submitted on this form. Please allow up to 3 weeks for reply. We request that only one dispute per student be submitted. Multiple disputes only slows down the process. Do not submit a form to dispute the late payment fee if your payment was submitted or your financial aid was completed after your payment due date. The late payment fee under those circumstances will not be removed or reversed. Disputes must be submitted no later than the last day of the term for your academic program. Disputes submitted after this time will not be reviewed or given consideration.
