Students living in SMU residence halls are required to have a Hughes-Trigg mailbox. A non-refundable $85 fee is included in the fall rental rate. Students newly assigned for the spring term will be charged a $45 fee.

Late Housing cancellation charge will be 5% of housing contract – charged to returning students who do not cancel housing contracts before June 1 for the fall and December 15 for spring.
