Season Table Participation Levels

Platinum Level - $10,000

·         Platinum table with premium location for 10 at Forum events, including the Doak Walker Award

      Presentation Banquet.

·         Invitation to participate in private receptions with speakers directly preceding Forum events, including the Doak Walker Award Presentation Banquet VIP Reception.

·         Four passes to the Doak Walker Award Pre-party held on the night before the banquet, attended by award recipients.

·         Table for 10 at the 2012 SMU Football Kick-off Luncheon.

·         VIP parking for Forum events.

·         Corporate logo displayed at Forum events.

Gold Level - $7,500

·         Gold table for 10 at Forum events, including the Doak Walker Award Presentation Banquet.

Silver Level  - $4,000 

·         Silver table for 10 at Forum events, including the Doak Walker Award Presentation Banquet.

Luncheon Sponsor Level  - $25,000

HOSPITALITY 

·         Production of the sponsored luncheon for approximately 800 people.

·         Platinum table of 10 for all Athletic Forum luncheons, with an additional Platinum table of 10 for the sponsored luncheon.

·         20 passes to an 11 a.m. private reception with photo opportunities with the keynote speaker preceding the sponsored luncheon.

·         10 passes to an 11:30 a.m. private reception with photo opportunities with the keynote speaker preceding Athletic Forum luncheons.

·         Six passes to the Doak Walker Award Pre-party held on the night before the banquet, attended by award recipients.

·         10 passes to the Doak Walker Award Presentation Banquet VIP Reception.

·         Platinum table of 10 for the Doak Walker Award Presentation Banquet.

·         VIP parking for all Forum events.

CORPORATE PRESENCE 

·         A sponsor representative seated at the head table at the sponsored luncheon.

·         A sponsor representative invited to speak from the podium at the sponsored luncheon.

·         Logo displayed prominently as part of the set at the sponsored luncheon.

·         Recognition on signage throughout the hotel at all Forum events.

·         Opportunity to involve the keynote speaker in a community appearance on behalf of sponsor following the sponsored luncheon.

·         Opportunity to set up display tables in the pre-function area at all Athletic Forum luncheons to promote sponsor.

·         Opportunity to provide sponsor promotional material at each guest seat at the sponsored luncheon.

·         Mention in season brochures sent throughout the metroplex.

·         Mention in all promotional efforts related to the Athletic Forum season (e.g., radio spots, newspaper advertisements, etc.)

·         Ad on the inside cover of programs distributed at the sponsored luncheon.

·         Full-page ad in current year Doak Walker Award Banquet program.

·         Logo on the Forum Web site (smu.edu/athleticforum), including a link to sponsor’s Web site.

Single Event Tickets

Tables of 10 at Forum luncheons are available for $600, and individual tickets are available for $60 (unless otherwise noted).

Tables of 10 at the Doak Walker Award Presentation Banquet are available for $2,500, and individual tickets are available for $250. Tickets for the Doak Walker Banquet Reception are $50 and are only available with a purchased Banquet ticket.

Seating location will be determined by the date of ticket purchase. Tickets are nonrefundable. The PwC SMU Athletic Forum reserves the right to substitute speakers or rearrange the order of the events without notice.
