The Select Chorale from Texas A & M—Commerce, under the direction of Dr. Chris White, joins with Zion’s Children and Adult Choirs to commemorate the 125th Anniversary of Zion Lutheran Church in Dallas.  Britten’s Festival Te Deum is the centerpiece of the concert, which also includes hymnody, spirituals, and pieces by Faure, Vaughan Williams, and Barber.

Masjid al-Haqq: Various Sufism Workshops
Various workshops on Sufism that will provide the understanding of the importance of  human voice through Sufi chanting/Sufi meditation/Sufi healing and how to build up your positive energy, including the knowledge of Qudra/Chi/Lataif/Chakras of the heart. Learn about Rabita Sharif, the process of Sufi meditation and contemplation, Sufi self awareness (Muraqabah), Sufi self realization sciences. The subtle energy points of the body called Lataif, known as Chakras Nasma Aura or Energy points. Workshop will include Sufi Chanting/Prayers and light drumming.
