Office Hours are 8:00 a.m.-Noon and 1:00-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
During office hours please call 214-750-4777 or email aptmaint@smu.edu.
When submitting a maintenance request, please include your name, phone number, complete apartment address, and a specific description of the work requested. Please be very specific about the location of needed work. For example, "the sink leaks" doesn't tell staff which sink leaks.
The emergency, after-hours pager is 214-439-7443.
The emergency page is a numeric pager. Dial the pager number, after the tone enter the phone number where you can be reached and press the # key. If you do not receive a call within 15 minutes, repeat the page.
