SMU Hispanic Alumni Mentor Program Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in serving as an alumni mentor for the SMU Hispanic Alumni Mentor Program. We match current students with interested alumni from the Dallas community.

Listed below are the goals and expectations, if you agree to serve as a mentor:

Your term will span the 2012-2013 academic calendar year
You will meet your mentee at a kick-off event on the SMU campus in October
After the initial meeting in October, we ask that you make contact with your mentee at least twice a semester at an HA/CHAS event
SMU Hispanic Alumni and CHAS will coordinate a number of events throughout the school year to facilitate mentor/mentee meetings
Your service concludes with an event on the SMU campus in the spring
