Pavielle Chriss is from Plano, TX
and attended Plano West Senior High School. She is a proud
member of SMU’s Class of 2007 and graduated with a B.A. degree
in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. As a student at SMU,
Pavielle was very involved serving as a Student Representative
to the Board of Trustees Student Affairs Committee, President
and Vice-President of the Association of Black Students, Student
Foundation Ambassador, and member of the University Judicial
Council. Because of her continuous efforts above and beyond the
call of duty during her four years as a student at SMU, Pavielle
received the “M” Award, which is the most highly coveted
recognition bestowed upon students, faculty, and staff on the
SMU Campus.
Pavielle worked in the admission office
throughout her undergraduate career as a telestang, student
assistant, campus visit coordinator, tour guide, and intern. She
enjoys sharing her experience as an undergraduate student at SMU
with prospective students and families!
Why SMU? Attending SMU truly has
been an investment with amazing returns. From my experience, SMU
provides individualized attention and unique opportunities and
resources unmatched by any other university.
