The Business Library, including the Kitt Investing and Trading Center, is part of the Cox School of Business and provides access to dedicated business librarians and prestigious research databases for the SMU community. About the Business Library

The Business Library is open to anyone with a valid SMU ID or Alumni Library Card.

Are you ready for your library alumni status?

Cox alumni may obtain lifetime free access to most library resources when visiting the Business Library in person.

Please complete the Request an Alumni Card form (choose Cox School of Business from the dropdown menu) and a Business Library staff member will reach out by email. The Business Library alumni cards are valid at the Business Library, Bridwell Library, Hamon Arts Library and Fondren Library. Alumni are not allowed access to The Kitt Investing and Trading Center.

Alumni can visit the SMU Libraries Alumni Services to learn about off-campus access to specific databases for alumni as well as lending policies for other campus libraries.
