SMU students/faculty/staff can reserve a room and resources through the STABLE software at smu.edu/stable. Clients external to SMU should fill out an Event Request Form here.
To reserve a space in the Hughes-Trigg Student Center, utilize the Indoor Reservations icon. If your event requires resources (Audio/Visual support, tables & chairs, catering, etc.), you must ALSO complete an Student/Employee Indoor Event Support form on STABLE at least 5 business days before your event.
Clients and visitors are required to abide by HTSC Operations Guidelines linked here. Please take special note of the sections concerning charges and facility use.
